I've been extremely busy recently and haven't had the time to get onto the forum. A new bracket has been put on the exhaust so that is all fine again.

I went to the Lydd Drift compeition yesterday in my friends van as the Mini wouldn't start! I tried starting it today and still won't start.

Mini's fixed. Cause was a faulty battery. Replacement purchased.

Mini won't start.... again. Garage have got it going and taken it for a check up suggesting a new alternator.

New alternator fitted.... Will the Mini work for more than 2 days this time...?

The answer to that was no.

The garage have it again and suspect the Starter Motor. They've also taken it to an auto electrican to get looked at.

All this two weeks away from it having its M.O.T. and it will need some costly work done for that...

Nope.

Got the Mini back, it's been rewired front to back and the Starter Motor is fine.
