Thanks sian B)

Yeah they are from custom consoles.

Reasonably easy to fit. The left one didnt take too much time but the right one took 3 hours. Its down to the location of the holes, removing padding and if like me you had a stand alone fog light... finding a place to relocate it.

It's funny how many people have asked that and changed their minds once they've sat in the car. Absoloutely none at all. There's no restriciton. It's just like being in a car without them gsms said. They do look like they do but they don't.

Firstly saving for the BH2N but also plan to uprate the alternator and a few other small things... haven't quite decided yet. :(

An update

The sidelights have stopped working and so to have the spotlights, not sure why this is?

I have purchased a voltage and a vacuum gauge from Minis84 and am looking to get an oil pressure gauge at somepoint too. The plan is to fit those either into the centre console or in the seperate dock supplied.

Apart from the above there aren't many things left for me to do with this mini other than enjoying it and maintaining it. I plan to get wider tyres when it comes to the time of buying new ones. The only other thing to sort out is ofcourse rust.

The current places I have rust are on both a panels, both doors, the front part behind the bumper, the front valance, the scuttle, under both headlights and some of the gutter. I think it is mainly surface rust.

Here are some pictures. (I haven't got a picture of the front valance yet, I'll put one up later)

those A panels look terminal and the scuttle is on its way to. the doors probably will need reskinning

front panel looks salvageable under the headlights though

sorry for the bad news!!
