Isn't the laxative effect caused by sorbitol? Proper sugary mints should be fine, but obviously they'll still rot your teeth and give you diabetes due to the sugar intake.

As for gum, when the taste goes it's because there's no sweetener left - you cold dip it in some sugar and carry on happily

Personally, I'm addicted to Minis, but gloss paint tastes quite sweet...

as for rotting your teeth, just make sure you brush them at least twice a day!

But not straight after eating lots of sweet things because then you brush the enamel away that the sugar has attacked

i brush mine like 4 times a day. Im a bit weird, all my mates seem to get a shower at like 8pm, but i get in as soon as i get in from school, i cant live if i dont Might be somthing to do with my OCD lol.

Duno what brushing your teeth lots does but I know you shouldnt brush them straight after having sugary foods.

I got told it takes upto 7 years to digest dont know if thats true or not

lol i hate baths. You spend like 45 minutes running it thinking hmmm this will be nice and relaxing - Spend about 10 minutes edging into it because its dead hot then by the time im in it i'm bored and feel like a shower
