Not particularly, I'm making my own baffle out of some MDF I've got lying around. Need something nice and solid to mount my Genesis P69s to.

No it's not a constant radius - as the white one above shows. Best thing would be to make yourself a cardboard template first then you know it is right.

I make a replacement for the misses Mini, I simply took the 30 year old original out and drew around it and cut it out.

Fitted first time!!!

That's the obvious way - but I presume he has no original and hence is asking the question!
