Afraid I can't remember for the life of me which is clockwise or anticlockwise - I think the Nazi one is the good one, the one on the building could be as protection, like gargoyles on a church???

Im pretty sure that the Nazi way for the sign is the bad way, and the way it is on the building is like peace and stuff, but dont quote me on that as i very hardly ever lisened in RE :D

and im a straight male :) But as others have said you are who you are and it dont matter ;)

I have one of those stickers in the back of Rupert. Not because of me, but because my friend reckons my car is really effeminate for a supposedly male car :dontgetit:

It means different things to different nations & subcultures. In Italy it means "peace" & in South America it was used by the Incas, and it's also the international symbol of the cooperative movement, so it's gives out mixed messages! :D None of which are particularly negative though... :- :teehee:

It makes things confusing but interesting I think:-)

like everyone knows this is a very historically negitive image
Posted Image

but along time before the nazis used it, the buddist have
Posted Image
as did the vikings in some form
Posted Image

before the nazi party stole it...it had only good msgs attached

Sun
Moon
Eternity
Wheel of Fire
Good Luck
Happieness/ Well-being
Brahma
Stability
Wholeness
Rebirth
Whirling Winds
Love
Mercy

and then...hatred in the 30s/40s

It still means that, as the Nazi swastika is backwards compared to the ones pictured above.

Lol I'm not getting involved with this again :) I got ganged up on last time :(

Edit: Couldn't be assed o read everything, so that has already been pointed out :(

My wife told me our daughter was gay 8 years ago when she was 25 & away at university,
I was really upset at the time not that she was gay but that she or my wife had never felt they could tell me! I dont know what sort of parent that makes me for not realising ? Of course it made no difference as to the way i feel about her, When i saw her next & we talked about it she said she thought i knew & she had known since she was 13! She then went on to tell me of all the trouble she had at school from supposed "friends" ! If only i had known could i have done more to support her ? thats what i still ask myself ! She has been with her parter now for 6 years & i couldnt wish for anybody nicer to become part of our family.

So i say it just doesnt matter about sexuality, it's the person that counts.

no man, everyones opinion is valid. As long as everyone respects each others opinion, even if different to their own and their upbringing. No ganging up will happen in my thread:-D

no kid wants to talk to their daddie about such things. In her mind, deep down, shes still 6yrs old and your her protector. would you talk about your feelings and/or sexual preference with your dad?

your a good person, from your comment and you welcomed her gf into the famiy. THAT says alot about you as a person and a parent.well done retford.

Read the topic about Kinjo going missing for my views on gays :- if any questions need to be asked put it in this one, seeing as it has more relevance.

Matt I'm not worried at all, just there are people on this forum with the same views on this as me but don't have the balls to say it as they feel they will gunned down, as I have been, in the Kinjo thread.

oh..just looked:-) yes, you did leave yourself open to that one;-)

if you belive in god(im more buddist in my beliefs but each to their own), you would know that everything that happens is "gods plan" therefor...everything is natural. LOVE is natural in all forms.

if you want to be scienctific about it, in the animal kingdom, some species of animal where theres over-population turn homosexual. I cant for the life of me remember which animals..but goes to show, natural. The human race is massivly over-populated.

the bible was written many many years ago, by MEN(not god) so they got it wrong abit:-) All this hate in god/allah/etc name boils his/her p*ss. hehe

There no way Im ever having kids( I mean, with a girl being pregnant. IM personally never having kids.lol) so am I unnatural and against god? or is it just his/her plan for me to do something else? I think 6+ billion people can satisifie the whole having kids side of things so that no will notice my demon-spawn;-)

theres a "church" in america who runs a hate site called www.godhatesfags.com (I think) as a human...I feel less, knowing they breath. and I hate that about myself being made that angry over some morons:-) They do evil in gods name, as does the 911/london bombers(they are not muslim)

so its best to read the bible and god's teachings with an open mind. Buddah basicaly says that "listen to what I say, but if you dont agree, groovy" and I love that.

I never said I believe in God, I was purely stating that its how he/she portrayed it :-

And the bible was a story about Jesus, the son of God :D A story, true or not. I'm not going in to hole gay thing again, I can't be bothered and I would be repeating myself.

Oooooh, my word! I've just read the Kinjo thread! :D

Everything is so black & white when you are a teenager full of other people's ideals, isn't it? Such righteous indignation in someone so young is frightening.

I hope your mind broadens with age, experience and your own thinking, Captainjack. I really do.

you what jack honestly? I thought with all your passion on the subject, you were one of very few young teen christians! If you just dont like gay people, man up and say so:-)

and juju..I didnt want to say..but yeah....:D)

its scary..I meet so many young teens who have made up their mind and decided on ALL matters. Im 24(25 in jan) and know bugger all and dont pretend to, I like to learn something new(either mental, physical or spirtual) each day.

and read "i, lucifer" by glen duncan by the way jack, interesting take on things:-)

and did you know theres lots of open gay men and woman vicars in british churchs? not even mentioning the hidden ones.

if you had a "net relationship" with a girl, proper fell in love, head over heals.she was everything you wanted and more and you ached each time you couldnt talk to her. in the many photos shes sent and on webcam, she is stunning...supermodel hot.
one day she says...shes a guy.does that love vanish? are you evil for having these thoughts?
