I'm bisexual. I'm quite interested in what made you think most Mini owners were straight?

I imagine it was a simple extrapolation of the usual sexual orientation demographic.

Sorry. The majority of people in this world are straight, therefore the majority of mini owners are probably straight - unless there is something about the little cars that attracts those who bat for both sides, the other side or neither side....

Apparently, 8% of male lions are gay:

See hyar

All that lonely wandering in the wilderness leads them to start taking interest in each other's strong backs and unkempt manes

lol
i wont even ask what you were doing to find that out
its abit random dont you think

Random, but true. The Lions are on your side. Hakuna Mattata

nope not in the slightest bit just means that certain things your a little more feminin (sp) about . Theres some folk who i know of are constantly saying how camp i am but i ignore it becasue im not that bothered. Besides most men watch there appearence theses days metrosexual (sounds more like a metro to be honest) but yeah you are who you are balls to the rest:) (not to self chage phrases!)

Well, this totaqlly blew me away. I too assumed there to be very little in the way of non-straight mini owners... well, except the lesbian couple near me with their little mini.

Guess I'll chip in my bit then, seeing as everyone being so open about it all. I'm one of those weird ones that go be Pansexual, but I've also identified as androgynous (though I'm and outtie not an innie) for quite a while now (not that i'm wanting to bring up the gender Vs sexuality debate).

It did take me quite a while to admit to it, mostly because *everyone* was "bisexual" because it was so damn trendy, which kinda detracted from the people who were serious about it.

Among the many stories this has brought me would be: Taking my mum shopping for makup, causing a near-violent debate between 2 people who couldnt decide which gender I was, and also being told "you're in the wrong bathroom" oh so many times :dontgetit:

Nice to see that there's quite the variety on here. Even nicer to see that those who arn't, are tolerant of those who are :)

I'm straight but I do get asked if I'm gay because of how I look and I guess to a degree how I act. I have very short hair which for the stereotypists is an instant sign of being a gay female, I'm also quite a tom boy in several of my habits. It doesn't offend me if it's someone just asking out of interest, especially if they are an interested lady which is quite flattering in most cases. However if the person asking is quite clearly a homophobe it really riles me, I have on a few occasions lied. I personally couldn't be gay as I like men too much and all their bits and pieces.
