hi all just been on ebay looking for gauges and i saw a vacuum gauge and i was wondering what it was for and how to fit one.

It's for measuring a vacuum, such as manifold pressure, or turbo/supercharger vacuum.

Its a "passenger" gauge, ive got it because passengers just watch it. My friend got one just because it made him laugh.

Yes it can, it was fitted to my original 998, you can t-piece the original vacum pipe and do it that way.
