anyway 12 came and went, and got to the mot station about 12:15... to be greated with "too late mate, started another!"... Bugg*** all that hard work, but s'pose it gives me a chance to get a few more bits sorted..
As for chav. I was just thinking about the list of brands I'll have to put down the side of the door...
Hammerite
Gaffa Tape
Isopon
Elastoplast
Will of God
Here's some pics...

but not badly...
The brake light switch is on the blink so even after replacing before the mot it still failed, ( may just have to pack that out with a washer ot two to make sure it comes on when you press the pedal )
Got a dodgy subframe mount, so will change them for solids this afternoon
I slightly pig tailed hose to one of the calipers ( thought I may get away with that ! )
and the exhaust is blowing..
Plus side... emissions OK, Welding OK ( first time any of my welding has seen an MOT so pleased about that )
Booked in tomorrow.....
So Engine out Saturday for nice shiny clean 1330
and 5 days to run it in before the showdown...

Excessive rust on sills / floor,
Dipped beam not working,
Ceased radius arm,
Took car home, dipped beam was a rusty connector (easy fix)
few days later took it back to have them weld it up, and free the radius arm,
they had covered everything in Waxoyl so you could only just see there was patches, and it was only after having it blasted you could see the welding

ooops ive hijacked the thread (sorry)
Back to the stealth car!!! *looks for car BUT he cannot see one*

now considerably better than that, and left in it's naked state for it to be inspected, now covered with seam sealer and if my shutz gun had not decided to packup this evening would have been coated and sealed...
All jobs done though, so ready for 12 months ticket, and engine out on Saturday, spose I'd better finish the 1330....
but that's another story.... over here.
