update: i have decided on a temporary gazebo in the garden for the winter to store the mini untill next spring when i can afford to build the long awaited shed.

on the styling front my plans have changed. i will be keeping the interior almost standard with the big steering wheel and original seats. the new wooden wheel is very nice to look at but it feels too weird on the road.

Well hey, its great to see you got it :bah: I remember this from the thread, where you first discovered it being black tulip. I guess it was then, or have you not checked the VIN and whatnot?

Either way, sounds great what you have planned there. Glad to see it'll be fairy original, should come out very smart :ermm:

having nowhere to work on it poses a real headache for me, i dont know what to do, i have no money to build a shed, its just sitting there. is it better to let it go or to save up for a shed for 6 months?

sounds simple and im sure it is ... save up to build a shed and get a waterproof cover of some sort to keep most if not all the water away while your saving
