Right guys if it helps you out I would be willing to go to Pie's and collect the stuff for you?

Obviously that would depend on whether Pie actually gets in contact with you. Two problems i forsee though.

Firstly i have no doubt in my mind that Pie would agree to it then i would get all the way there and noone would answer the door.

Secondly i doubt very much that he would give me cash in hand refund for the postage costs that all you guys have paid!

Only saving grace would be that at least I would have the items and could sort out getting them to you! In a timely and speedy manner!

I see another problem - does anyone have his address? I will PM you later if you like, but im not worried about covering postage/fuel/beer money etc, thats fine with me. Need to know if he will be home though - or atleast leave the bits somewhere obvious - like outside, if he wont do that then . Still wont answer texts, oh yeah a "friend" has his phone....

Why cant miniman-LIE leave the stuff with his parents? He still lives with his mummy and daddy so whats the problem? Shouldnt matter if he was at work or anywhere else.He should be able to leave it with them as its a cowardly thing to do so it should be right up his alley.

I have seriously thought about it. He mentioned that when he returned from Germany his Father passed away which he told Tomsblumini. I have been told that's a load of banana by some but not confirmed by anyone else. So out of repect I have not called to be repectful. That and if I called and found out the death of his father was a LIE I would go there just to give him a slap because that is some Bad mojo to put on your family.
I'm going to steer clear of it as far as that goes.
If it's a lie that somone in his immediate family passed away...he can keep my money so he can get some therapy. Dude,that would be sick.

Actually that is a damn good idea use the following wording


'Hello could I speak to Simon please my name is *insert*'

'Im sorry Simon is not here at the moment'

'Ok thats fine could you give him a message please'

'Sure no problem'

'Could you please inform him that the members of the Mini forum thats he owes parts and money too would very much like to speak to him and could he contact us as soon as possible as we are considering legal action to recover the money owed to us'



That should kick the conversation off nicely and any normal parent would surely be very concerned ask more questions and enquire as to what the problem was. Then you could explain the whole story and how you have been waiting 3 months and how he is just ignoring your phone calls, txts and emails etc etc!!!!
