ERm why do i have to wait again?? I was told the end of last month which was last Friday... I am being serious.. i'm not waiing another month....

Now or court action.. I don't care what he says now... Everything he says is a lie... has been since he first told me back in July he would pay me when he got paid... so thats now what 3 months ago??

Not waiting now...

And if court action takes place.. i will have the court costs and a days wages being claimed off of him too... so your looking at more £250 instead of £100... Oh and i'm gonna claim the interest too as it should have been sat in my savings account well well over 2 months ago.. its needed for my car.

Andy i'm just *annoyed* and want my money back now. I think if I fitted those parts i'd want to smash them every time I glanced.

I feel you Brother. I am so angry at this point it's hard to put into words what I'm feeling.At least in the Marines I had a constructive outlet for my anger...now in civy world...not so much. Not to *yellow human water* ya off anymore than you already are but check out the "Pie's treasure trove" thread on the for sale items..it's still on there! I just reported it to the mods so they can remove it immediately so they can protect unsuspecting TMF folk.
Cheer up man...I got a plan. We'll see what happens in the next few day's.

Admins this may not be relevent to the topic persay but it is relevent information for the people involved so i would ask you not to delete it.

If Pie tells you he is away somewhere then i would take it with a pinch of salt.

A while back i had a dispute with him about an item and offered to return it to him for a refund to which i recieved this reply (January)

I'm in New Zealand until april with my winter job but can give you a refund in april when im back if needs be.

I then offered to return the item that very evening before he went away and recieved this response

Im sat in the airport now as we speak. Im due in NZ tomorrow morning then start work on monday.

Needless to say the very next day he was posting on the forum about how he was organising the TMF stand for an upcoming Mini show in Malvern! Guess he just decided in the departure gate not to go to New Zealand for 4 months

Note: This is not just my word i still have the PM's from Pie to collaborate my story

I can confirm and verify everything Stewart is saying here. Think i might still have the PM's from both sides as Pie had asked me to mediate. However it turned out that Pie had "made errors" and should have refunded as i instructed him would be the "right thing to do" appears not.

Thank you. This actualy helps substantiate what we have been thinking all along. If you find any of the PM's could you please PM them to either Roo or myself as they could be very helpful to us on here that have been lied to.
