I feel dirty even suggesting this as I am a big fan of "unecessary violence",however going to MinimanLIE's door will only make things worse and jeopordise our potential court case. Plus he wont be there ...he be in the Airport flying to New Zealand for "buisness". ***laughs so hard he messes himself***

He is just outside worcester in Upton-on-Severn. Ive been there once but that was a while ago now and honestly couldnt remeber the house or the street?

I'm not planning any geared up charge on his house or him for that matter, that isn't my style. When sh*t gets this stupid I want to just sort it out quick and I like to take a hands on approch (not that way).

Admins i may be out of place for saying this and if i am then please tell me where to go and I will delete the text from my post.

However after all this gets sorted (hopefully) I believe and im sure many others will agree, not just those in this thread,

that you (the admin team) should reconsider Simon's standing on this forum, his involvement in forum stands, and his posistion as Midlands Area Manager.

At best he has proved to be unrealiable and at worst a liar and a cheat.

Judging my some one the responses in the txts he has sent is this the kind of person you want having an active role in the running of the forum?

I then said something about legal action again, and he said

Seems to baiting me and some others into confrontation...as much as I would absolutely LOVE the opportunity i wouldnt do it because I would be on the loosing end.

He's enjoyed my money and others in Germany tooling around in his grandmothermobile,there is no way I would give him another ounce of satisfaction.

Admins-based on his texts and lack of communication to the "relevent" people I imagine that all this is another stall tactic (LIE).

I appreciate his communication with you guy's but this is hardly a war crime tribunal requiring a middle man to speak through. He's big enough to do buisness and travel the globe like a big boy why cant he just settle this?

Oh wait...his Birthday is on the 10th! After all, one needs money to party with ones friends............ Think about that on the 10th when we still are out of pocket and he's out on the *yellow human water*.
