Roo, he could well have been paid on Friday, but then he isn't home till Monday/Tuesday anyway.

Andy, I've no reason to doubt he is in Bristol. A good two months ago, before any of this started, he kept telling me about all the places he was being sent to with his new job.

I just thought about the comment to Roo-

PAid friday,Banks are open.Phone lines for phone transfers are open 24 hours with most Banks. He has her Bank details (I believe) even if he didnt that could be cleared up with a text and he could set a transfer up to her Bank then and there.Even if he missed Friday why couldnt he transfer on Saturday?

He doesn't have my bank details cause he hasn't contacted me which is why i'm taking the whole

Roo, apparently he's said he would pay you when he gets paid, which is the end of this month, so he's said it should be in the next week. If anyone is waiting for a refund I guess you'll be in the same boat.

with a pinch of salt..

And yes there are still options there to have paid it on the friday, majority of banks are open to 5, most are now open on a saturday, phone bank which for some are 24/7, internet banking....

Bamby thanks for that post.

The admins and moderators have now come to a decision to close this post temporarily until the deadline of the 3rd or until Pie gets online (whichever happens first). The post will remain available for viewing just nobody will be able to post on it.

We have taken this decision to just keep down the amount of 'unwanted' posts i.e posts from people that have not been affected by Pies behaviour, it will also enable us to keep the topic on track.

TMF in no way condones the way Pie has gone about this situation and its obvious a severe lack of communication here has turned the situation pretty nasty.

He has made a lot of us look a bit silly, and I no longer want for this to happen.

I dont want anybody to think that we are brushing this subject under the carpet, we are closing this for the reasons explained above. Again the post will be reopened.

If Pie comes online please PM me or another member of staff to reopen the post, the same goes for everybody else if you have any updates from him.

My PM's work and I read them, so any problems don't hesitate to PM me.

Again we all want this issue resolved sharpish, sadly I fear nothing will be said until Monday/Tuesday if Pie is true to his word.

Just had a word from Pie that he is at home today, and items will be sent out, and refunds issued today.

Sorry to but in on this but are there any rules when selling something that you have to offer alternative means of contact (phone number, home address? ) just in case a situation does happen where the seller cannot get internet access for what ever reason?

(hope this is okay to post here, it is kind of relevant to the thread? :- )

Its up to the buyer to get full contact details from the seller. This is in the for sale guidelines found at the top of every for sale section.

EDIT: I lie, its in this topic.

This will be the third time I have been told my refund will arrive. I'll believe it when I see it!

Pie-Just send my stuff this time please. Getting tired of this *rubbish* now.

Look forward to seeing it soon.

Everyone involved has all three means of contact. However ,we have at least ,for the time being not been disrespectful and shown up at his house. Thats next.

I have dealt with several folks on this site for buying stuff and have never had a problem. Just a buyer beware approach is always best. Don't let the situation with Pie detur you from doing buisness with others on here. He's the exception to the rule when it comes to buying and selling on here.

No thanks needed I think, given the service we've had...

I texted Pie saying "has it been done yet?"

the reply i've had is "Should be in tomorrow. been trying to get on forum but my computer is broken. It wont even load windows"

I texted pie this morning and i said he has until 8 to get on here and post up on here himself and let everyone know whats going on as there are alot of angry TMFers... Or PM me... either one it had to be done. He did not however say he had problems with his PC.

Sorry Jammy but after what pie said to me this morning... I'm not still not convinced.

If nothing has arrived by the end of the week.. i will not be a happy bunny.

Well... how can he send people refunds out if he doesn't have their details?? I'm assuming they are sat in PMS??

Unless he was smart enough to print them off or write them down but as nothing was intended on being sent out i don't think that would be the case?

Or did people send their address along with a cheque to his home address?

Also.. IF he can't even load windows then his hard drive has fallen over = PC rebuild.

I thought today was the final cut-off date? Personally i think we have waited long enough as it is.

Admins this may not be relevent to the topic persay but it is relevent information for the people involved so i would ask you not to delete it.

If Pie tells you he is away somewhere then i would take it with a pinch of salt.

A while back i had a dispute with him about an item and offered to return it to him for a refund to which i recieved this reply (January)

I'm in New Zealand until april with my winter job but can give you a refund in april when im back if needs be.

I then offered to return the item that very evening before he went away and recieved this response

Im sat in the airport now as we speak. Im due in NZ tomorrow morning then start work on monday.

Needless to say the very next day he was posting on the forum about how he was organising the TMF stand for an upcoming Mini show in Malvern! :- Guess he just decided in the departure gate not to go to New Zealand for 4 months :mmkay:

Note: This is not just my word i still have the PM's from Pie to collaborate my story
