Ok, before I type my post, don't shoot the messenger...
I very much appreciate what Nick and Jammy are doing to help but surley there is no way that Pie can continue to remain a member of this Forum and I suggest that he is removed. This in unbelievable behavior from someone that clearly thinks that he can get away with it.
He was removed from Staff, if we remove him as a member he wont be able to post or send PM's, its not like he is doing that now but he will have to eventually to sort this out. I.e when hes back now apparently Monday or Tuesday.

Just like when he was off work until last tuesday...
I know it's no fault of yours Nick, but I dont believe any of what he's said for a second... He said he will sort it all out before he goes back to work on tuesday, he didn't...
Why are we supposed to believe that he'll sort this out when he gets back this time?

Just rang Pie. He's currently in (near) Bristol with work. He'll be home possibly Monday or Tuesday.
Harber, your wheels haven't been sent yet. Apparently holidays (both yours and his) have cause part of the delay? And he needs to organise a courier for them.
Tom, your wheels haven't been sent yet. He needs to organise a courier for them too.
Roo, apparently he's said he would pay you when he gets paid, which is the end of this month, so he's said it should be in the next week. If anyone is waiting for a refund I guess you'll be in the same boat.
Thank you Jammy for that...
Unfortunatly i will take that with a pinch of salt as he also told me that, before he went on the run.
Also if he was paid at the end of the month he would have recieved his wages in his account on Friday as the 1st of september is Monday.

I can appreciate you can't remove him at the moment for obvious reasons but to allow his continued membership after his intentional deception would be a huge insult to everyone involved.Lets make no mistake about though ....his actions have been deceptive ...from the beginning ...otherwise we would not be here with the situation the way it is.
I couldnt ask you to do anymore for the people on here mate so cheers for that.

Andy, I've no reason to doubt he is in Bristol. A good two months ago, before any of this started, he kept telling me about all the places he was being sent to with his new job.

I do. The previous weekend he was away with no computer access yet "magicaly" photo's were being updated and the like on his facebook page. The sole reason why no communication happened was because he was "away". He lies about everything else so why not this. Plus I have it on good authority from one of his "mates" that he isnt. So..think what ya like.Roo, he could well have been paid on Friday, but then he isn't home till Monday/Tuesday anyway.

When you come out and post like that it makes me feel that your defending Pie.I dont think it's objective or Neautral. Not trying to *yellow human water* you off but that is just how it comes across.

PAid friday,Banks are open.Phone lines for phone transfers are open 24 hours with most Banks. He has her Bank details (I believe) even if he didnt that could be cleared up with a text and he could set a transfer up to her Bank then and there.Even if he missed Friday why couldnt he transfer on Saturday?

can people please note the following that is stated on the HMCS website HMCS Website
Issuing a claim should be your last resort. You should first consider other ways to settle the matter. For example, if you are owed money, you could write a letter to the person who owes it.Say how much they owe, what it is for, and what steps you have already taken to recover the money. Include a warning that you will consider issuing a county court claim if they do not pay by the date you give. Sometimes this warning will encourage them to pay and you will not have to go to court. Keep a copy of the letter and any reply.
This clearly had been done via pm, whilst these do have a certain amount of credability in court, this should be backed up by a formal letter with a copy retained for your self, solicitor if involed or other parties (ie other people on the forum)
see leflet : http://www.hmcourts-...laims/index.htm
Will I get my money?
It is important to consider whether the person, firm or company you are claiming from is likely to be able to pay. If they:
* are unemployed, bankrupt, or their company has been wound up;
* have no money of their own, no personal property & nothing else of value belonging to them (such as a car) which is not hired or subject to a hire purchase or lease agreement;
* have ceased to trade; and
* have other debts to pay
the court may not be able to help you get your money. However, you may be able to get your money if you are prepared to accept small instalments over a period of time. If the person or company is bankrupt, you will probably not get your money.
But Please PLEASE be aware of the fact that :
No court can guarantee that you will get your money back. Before you decide to go ahead with any court action, you must give serious consideration to whether you are likely to get all or some of your money.
the may suggest as an option of either installments made via the courts (thats what i have had before) or full payment, however if the courts cannot do this then its a no payment. If the person defaults you then have to take them back to the HMCS to get further payment (if constantly defaulting. They cannot do a Student loan type repayment ie direct from the payslip as they is to do with Inland Revenue. this process does take a while though so be prepaird for a long wait and or battle as they say.
But really you need to consider if its a viable option as it can take a while for payment , although if your claiming as a syndicate of people then you may stand a better chance and recieve a group pay out rather than a installments - but dont qquote me on that as ive never had to claim as a syndicate before. - top tip create a paper trail and a diary of what was done when and by whom, whom was spoken to etc .
Hope this helps, Bambi
