Oh my God!! I went to collect the post just now and guess what arrived????

Yep you guessed it........................NOTHING!

Even being delivered by Donkey with 3 legs it doesnt take 4 day's to arrive.

I'm getting Angry now and taking it very personaly.

fair enough if he cant afford too give money back, but posting items costs very little. but silence isnt good. surely he has the numbers of people. can he not text someone too get his "point" or any information put up on here, just too let the people involved know he isnt ignoring them?

jammy, can you not prove, as admin, that the pm was sent and recieved by both members? surely this is just like giving the court and e-mail? should still stand up if it can be proved that it was recieved and it was sent?

It would probably be better in the courts eyes to see a formal letter sent via recorded delivery. Not sure how well a 'PM' would stand up in a court. Also, even if he is broke, he is in employment. I believe should a court case be won, the judge can be ordered that payments be taken automatically from a salary each month to pay off creditors.

That may be soo...But if i haven't sent anything (like a cheque or funds via paypal) So I don't have an address to send a letter too..So to me my case will be built up on... It was done via TheMiniForum, The monies were paying for a trip to BH2N and moved over to Pies account as according to PM 'I beleive Pie will sort this out with you' as I was no longer able to go. so all contact has been made via theMiniForum. So PMs will suffic as evidence of Contact... and evidennce of the transfer of monies taking place.

If the quiery of how we got his address to send the court summons... I simply forwared it on to someone who had sent him a cheque and not received goods who is also claiming.

It can be proved as i have it sat in my message tracker box... If the court really wants it i'll get hold of a wireless laptop and take it in with me to show my actual acount. If its allowed in that is.. Worth a try..

Lets do it right. Send a formal letter drafted by a Solicitor. I have a friend who's wife would help us for nothing. Lets get her to draft something that sticks in court. I want to ensure a lesson is learned here. Big time.

I have texted Pie this morning, and he seemed very helpful. He sent the CB off thursday i think he said, so thats something. I know the wheels have been delayed because of my holiday in june (1 week) and i asked him to keep them for that week, so that i hadn't missed a collection when i was away. Things do seem to be looking good.

Just because he is away means nothing. The last time he said he was away during the weekend with no computer access his myspace site showed him adding pictures and updating his profile.??

This must stop. I disagree that this situation looks good. This was clearly another stall tactic. Time and time again he just lies! Where's mine then? What is so special about puting a cheque or cash or a bankers draft into a F-ing envelope and mailing it.

I refer you to Pie'e own post telling me he's mailed it on the 27th! Lie's , lie's and more lie's.

I very much appreciate what Nick and Jammy are doing to help but surley there is no way that Pie can continue to remain a member of this Forum and I suggest that he is removed. This in unbelievable behavior from someone that clearly thinks that he can get away with it.
