p.s.
anyone got any gray trim about the place?
finding it hard to get it!

Mini Spares have some bumpers at the moment. To be honest, it's easier to get S/S or Chrome and get it powder coated to match, I got some of mine replaced after an accident - bumpers & light rims for £25 and you wouldn't know the difference unless you looked really closely. The chap said he'd do a full trim set for me for £80 too if I needed it.

and did they come with special designer handbooks??

It should be 'F' reg. Black or white, have stripy seats, a yellow engine and a flower on the steering wheel or bonnet badge.

Failing that, the Designer decal is a dead give away

Designers came with a brochure, Quant key ring and make-up bag. It's very rare you find car and accessories together now though.

In my 'expert' opinion ( ) I personally reckon you have a white Designer named Polly who's in need of some TLC. *Grins*

Trust me, the Designer was the only mini to have 'everton mint' seats. It's a dead give away as very few people would willingly put seats that distinctive in a car.

25K OTC Flip that's low!!

If you can get her fully back to standard and in very good condition, she'll need to be insured for a minimum of £4k. Typically you can expect a shipshape Designer to sell for around £2.5 - £3k on a good day to the right person. A show-class example could potentially be worth double that though.

on the 15th jue or july i think it was june its the 20th annerversary so im going to try and arrange a meet and little drive ending outside the mary quant shop so we can do i little piccy thing and that so if anyones interested let me know
and if i do arrange it i want to try and let mini world or mini mag know about it and do a little press thingy fopr it if its possible so if anyone can help with that it would be brilliant
