I ve just caved in and again im buying another mini.1300.00 pounds 33000 miles a mates had this 5 years and only used every now and and then its all original never really got dirty etc.but only down side is its automatic ,still gonna try and buy scooter ,can you pm me details about what your buying my mate with scooter asked why this is so cheap if its restored because he can point you in right directionnooooooooooooooooooooooooo dont buy scooter

Sorry I haven't replied for a day or so, I haven't turned my laptop on for a little while.
Anyway, as I said in my original post. The Vespa was restored by a friends brother in-law who is really into rerstoring stuff. He's done 2 classic 911's and coutless MK1/MK2 golfs. The price is kind of low because he knows me but if I don't buy I'll let you know the details via a PM. It might be a couple of weeks untill I actually go and see, so please bare with me.
The mini sounds like a good buy, is a manual conversion planned?

Well personally if I had other minis that were manual I would prob keep the auto as an auto. Original cars are rare enough so would be a shame to make it more rare.
Have you uploaded any pics of it yet?

I will be arranging to view the bike when I return from holiday 3rd week of september and I hope to get more info/pictures.
