or was it something like, once you had the sill welded on you cut a hole so you could spray cavity wax inside the sill?

I did however get a D series engine finally last weekend from the scrappy. Took most the afternoon get it from the scrappy, then at the last minute looked at the interior and realised it was an auto!
Anyway, so thats my second Honda engine doing nothing in the garage, and going to pick up a third on Saturday!
Jammy, I've got a D16A6 Honda engine and gearbox sat in my garage, if you want to borrow that, you're welcome to it mate! It's got the manifolds and even an alternator with it.

Ding ding ding! Five points to MM! Was looking everywhere for a file, and then thought back to the previous night when I placed it on the inner sill and thought to myself "I should move that before I put the outer sill on, otherwise it would be really silly of me to weld the sill on with that stuck in there!". >_<you left something in the sill when you welded it up so you have to cut a hole in it to get it back out?
