P and L minis sell one, costs £160, it says it comes with fixing brackets, but I dont know if you need anything else to fit it.

huddersfield do one for i think 299 but it may be 199, dont remember, comes with complete kit for conversion and with coil-over shocks!

i Know someone that has one that has never been fitted unsure if he has any coil overs to go with it i'll find out asap. mine has a custom made aloy one on it they make a big difference.
