who installed it, and are they thatcham approved. if the alarm has been fitted by a genuine toad dealer/authorised fitter, then you DO have a life time warranty.I have a toad ai606 interactive which is being quite troublesome. Had an issue where was driving along and suddenly things went all wrong starter motor started with engine running and so on. Think I fixed this after speaking to the installers they said it was a bad earth so re earthed the box and no problems. Now to the current problem Firstly it was going off randomly it has not done so today but the indicator said it was the internal ultrasonic sensors from the flashes given however now it keeps giving me 3 chirps when it arms indicating either boot bonnet or doors have gone to earth. I have checked the all and they are fine. When I disconnected the battery for a while and then reconnect it, it arms with 2 chirps but after a drive 3 chirps again. Someone has mentioned it could be my radio interfering its earth wire is bolted to the same earth point and it is wires so that it has a constant live with the ignition off to both memory and power. What do people think any ideas . Is it the control box? I rang the installers and they said it could be but if they come out and find it is the car they will charge me. Advice please

i have used toad in the past, and never had any probs. if itt as not been wired correctly, and you are having problems, then it is NOT the fault oif the car and they should rectify the fault with out charge
here is toads authorised dealer list, type in the post code and THEY should come up. http://www.toade.com
if they are not on this list, then ask them if they are an authorised dealer.
failing that, then speak directly to toad. who are actualy owned by scorpion electro systems in chorley, there phone number is 01257249928
scorpion also have a technical department, reachable on the same number, and pressing option 2.
but speak to the installers first, it is there responsibility to rectify the faults.
toad have been known to cancel accounts of authorized dealers not fitting their products correctly, and keeping up good aftersales support

It was http://www.toadalarm.com/ who installed it. They seemed to be pretty good. I think it is wired correctly just it could be the box malfuctioning. It has not false alarmed yet today so hopefully I will have a quiet night. I spoke to the installer today and they are going to arrange to send someone out. Speaking to the guy who put it in after descriping the problem he said it could be the box so will see whan they come out.

how much did you pay?
Enough to warrent them coming out again but after shopping around they seemed to know the car best and the engineer knew the loom etc well. Also I wanted it done right living in london and considering before my rebuild it was stolen once and now it looks a lot nicer.
