Hey
Radious Arms ??

Whats the best way to remove the pinion bushes and bearings ??

Work as a mechanic at a Morgan dealer soo have the tools and equitment to do them jus wondered what the best way off doing them was

If you have the tools the best way would be with a hydraulic internal bearing puller. If you don't have the tools, use a drift.

I done mine with one of those one ended hacksaws, and cut down through the bearing and then knocked a screw driver down behind it and levered is out, no risk of damaging radius arm it is solid. Have a look at this www.eunos.com/keith/mini/files/radius_arm_short.pdf , he uses a similar approach.

The puller is the best choice, but the most common DIY method is the hacksaw. I chose a third method when I did mine. I made a piece that would just catch the lip of the bearing/bushing and used my slide hammer to pull them out.

I assume you know that when you put the new parts in you'll need to ream the bushing to size.
