Depends on your budget... i think that sort of engine will be a friendly bank manager expensive.

its only the 7 port thats the expensive bit, i think ill have to get a job and save the 1500 for the head. or wait till my 21st next year (which may be timed right if i sort the rest of the stuff first).

Yeah but putting a turbo on it too, means SC drops and other things, also dont you think you will have enough power with the 7 port head?

hmm what would be better a short stroke or long stroke for a turbo engine?
Will probably do a normal turbo first then upgrade to a 7 port

Dont might as well go straight to 7 port... will be alot easier and better. You will have an engine built for low compression for use with a turbo so when you put the 7 port on it will need rebuilding to raise the compression again... i think or am i talking ot of my behind?

i dont know, not that good at spec'ing engines but theres one way to find out!!!

Will be intresting put it that way... i think it may drown the 998, the head will allow alot of power but the 998 may limit it.

Well not a huge amount of progress,
but i have been playing with some gadgets :grin:
(and am in the process of fitting the head liner over the weekend)

anyway here is the screen in for its first trial fitting
set slightly to one side so the steering wheel doesnt cut accross,
it is within arms length still though,
and its working, but havent fully set it up yet.

What do you think???
