Oh yes!! Now I remember Ed! Yea, I'm sure you sent me a link to the speedo corrector you used to, will have to dig through my convo history for that! Cheers, thats just saved me some more cash.

I was lucky enough to get a box of rose joints from the stuff Eddie left behind! Do you know if its possible to change the balljoints on the hubs to rose joints?

Cool, what sizes did you get? and are they a reasonable make?

Dont know about changing the ball joints for rose joints,
I think you would have to have a bolt/shaft the bolted inplace of the ball joint, and then put a rose joint over it, but its probably easier to get new hubs with metro ball joints and keep normal bottom arms.

Erm, to be honest I don't know anything about the rose joints, so I'm a bit dubious about them, they look ok though. Haven't had a change to check sizes yet.

lol, i think most companies tend to put there name on them, like the ones i got from Minispares are Aurora,
but generic none branded ones are obviously going to be cheap ones.
I guess like most things you can normally tell from the feel, is there any slack? are they smooth? or have other features like seals or grease nipples (not likely though).

The rear is now fitted with rose joints so should be more solid (and less likely to steer itself!!!)

Gotta say, after seeing both Olive and Pandora last weekend, the award for most god-like genius goes to Ed. :withstupid:

I wouldn't have the faintest idea where to start putting a different engine in the front of my Mini, never mind the back! ;)

You, sir, have my greatest respect.
