LOL, Most people ask me if its for filling the fuel tank up so i dont have to remove the bonnet. :(

Shes still no way near complete ive just been trying to get it all working, then i can progress with nice bits (already have a few waiting for the engine to be covered before i install them).

I may even get a proper paint job (as i may do some body mods) once i actually get a job and earn some money!! :ghost:

Well ive just got back from the RR for the second time, and havent had any problems with leaks etc.

Did a bit of tuning around the 3200rpm - 3700rpm range, but other wise it was a few power runs.

Rpm went to a max of about 6500rpm and it made the sum total of 92whp

(a swift they had on the same rr, with all stock ECU but a slight tweak made 84whp)

Yep happy with the result, its got what the stock engine has at the flywheel at the wheels, and it pretty much is a stock engine!

Ed,
Just trying to sort the rear track for my rwd mini now, what have you set your rear track at? have you used drums on the rear? are they spacered or disk brakes, does the front have any spacers?, sorry for the questions but having made an arse of the first attempt I'm trying not to do any more mistakes

Cheers
David

Rear is standard mini front with unspaced drums so the rear is the same as a normal mini with spaced drums at the rear (since the fronts are 2" wider).
