Gonna check the belt and the tension to see if that might be causing it just incase, otherwise ill have to order new one :w00t:

Probably just too much go pedal and not the most idle method of joining it together.
Will be replacing them in the future, but for now that have to last till i can get a job.

aah will you be going sutom jobbies when you get the chance? how did you insure they were welded parralel in the 1st place, because we had a shortened propshaft in a locost at college and if it wasnt parralel then it would act like a skipping rope motion sending it out of balance...causing streas crack eventualy leading the failure

How did you get around the problem of the alignment equipment not fitting onto the tyre?

looks like he's got some cardboard on the top of the tyre to lift it up in the pic

Yeah had the problem of it not fitting,
had to take the extensions off the bottom and it still hit the floor and raised it all off :X so we just used cardboard to lift it enough.
