I'd be suspicious of any van in the right part of the country, especially if it's lacking a V5 and is in a rougher or less valuable condition than Frankie.

It's reading about stuff like this that scares me into keeping my car locked up at home, and not bringing it to uni with me next year.
I hope it turns up soon

I think we need to all be cautious when out in the minis as to if we are being followed home. Doesnt take 5 minutes to go round the block a few times to ensure that your not just being paranoid. If the cars still with you, drive to the nearest police station. I sometimes forget or think im just being paranoid, but at the end of the day, this is proof that it does happen and can happen to you.

I was followed home in the turbo mini one night, transit van followed me. My council garage is in a block with 1 combined entrance/exit. they saw me go in and parked further down the street. I had noticed them, so made extra precautions to the car. I waited and eventually they left. I went around the block in my car, no sign. Next morning, i go and find my garage door caved in, looked like they had rammed it with a transit van.
I dont keep a car in there now, but will do again one day. Going to fit two of them security posts right behind the door and reinforce the garage frame work where it mounts to the bricks.
