I'm so sorry to hear this, I didn't know up until I logged into Henrietta's facebook last night, where I was tagged in a post about it I take it Frankie still hasn't been found?

Whoever has done this needs stringing up for a public flogging!!!

Perhaps. Its such a f'ing gyp though. you work hard, save up and afford to buy things and treat yourself and someone comes along and thinks "why should I work, I will let everyone else work 8/10 hour days to pay for what they want, and while their out at work or off enjoying their HARD earned money I will just steal what I havent worked for and dont deserve." Utter GIT!

Cant imagine how mad i'd be if it was the pick up! Think id give up work and take up private investigation work full time till I found it! lol

I can't do any more than I have done. I'm just grateful for everyone who has kept their eyes and ears open. If people can continue to do so, then I'm happy. The Mini community has really come through for me and I can't thank everyone enough.

When it comes to it, it pains me to say, but although Frankie was incredibly rare & special to me, he is "just" a car. I got myself so worked up and ill with this, but things just get brought into perspective sometimes. I've had a rubbish couple of months, not just with Frankie - And I'm really feeling the strain at the minute. I just crave normality. Things don't happen in 3's, they happen in multiples of.

I'm just lucky to have what I have and to have people around me, who really care. And K, well - He's my angel.

Totally gutted for you Bean

God I'd be gutted if someone took Henny from me, and I've not put anywhere near the amount of time, money and effort into her than you did with Frankie So many minis have gone missing this past year, it sucks!

You know, one night I was down Poole Quay for their summer mini event, and a mate was having a look at some miglia arches on this white mini that was parked up, and behind them was a lady sitting on a bench, she owned the Rover Cooper next to it, and she shouted out "Don't you dare touch my car!!" I thought to myself then - "What is this all coming to?!!" We all know it's like an unwritten rule to look but not touch (unless you have the owners permission!)...Also makes me think about what Dog told me at Winter Warmer last year about how Castle Combe used to be a whole weekend show with camping, and all the reasons why they stopped the camping...the vandalism etc...unbelivable! I really can't believe someone would take Frankie, especially when I think about the day you wrote on TMF informing everyone you had bought him home...tyou were so excited and pleased with yourself, and having read through his project over the months seeing how he's developed. I'm sooooo angry!!!!!!!!!

What is the world coming to?!
