He's now sitting on some palettes at a decent height ... Ready for next week. Next week, there will be a big push to get Frankie ready. The subframes will be going on (AND THE ENGINE GOING IN!) and the steering rack. Therefore the column can go in and then I can start sorting the interior out!
Huzzah!!

We're aiming for IMM ... but we'd ideally like him on the road and everything set up and perfect by then?
Yours is looking fantastic!

I wasn't aware of a pre-meet at Ace! But probably not - I'm over the other side of the country!

It was my first time and I think it went OK really. There's a small crease in one of the windows and there was a few air bubbles in the other. I decided to do the second one again and that's gone a little better this time, again!
So here they are!
And the one fitted:
He's also been stonechipped again underneath!
The front subframe is built up now, with the suspension, too!
Woot!

I have a question for you if you don't mind?
How much did you pay for your MX5 seats? I'm trying to get hold of some but I don't want to pay above the odds. Is eBay my best bet or did you get yours elsewhere? Would you PM me how much you paid if you don't want to disclose it in the thread.
Thankyou .

Hey!
I paid £90 for the seats and the speakers. (The foam has been cut in the speaker holes in the headrests to accept uprated speakers!) The seats are in excellent condition and have only done 18,000 miles! They are the Eunos ones.
I got mine from an MX-5 forum and they're not hugely difficult to find.
The only thing I would say is that the seatbelts aren't widely available and for decent prices.
Hope this helps!!
