To make it liveable on long journeys, as vans can be a bit echoy when empty is to do something similar to what’ve done with the Mayfair’s headlining, trim the sides and roof in a thin foam/felt insulation and cover that with carpet (Bought two huge rolls form Malvern for £10) and then have something more hard wearing on the floor.Thinking about the interior, too - Especially the load area. Not sure what I want to line it in. Was going to go for some wood, but now I'm thinking I might go for that thin flock-like carpet over the top. I'd be paranoid about marking the wood when getting equipment in and out!
