You both think they look ok then? Not too big? I got a bit of distortion but nothing that couldn't be sorted with a body hammer. What's left just needs a thin skim of filler to get it nice again.

I'm going to make a start on the other side tomorrow or Monday.

Cheers Neil!

As I say, the bottom edge still wants some work, it's about 7mm at the back and I want to get it down to 4mm right the way round.

Not touched it today as I was out with a friend from Uni last night. Don't like playing with grinders when I've got a hang over. Haha. I'll be back on it tomorrow.

You have done a great job on those! The door gaps are the bit in dreading the most when putting my car back togther. If I can get it half as good as that I'll be a happy chappy!

Considering that not only is this not my car, but I have never met you, I'm a little too excited to see this finished ! Great commitment, keep it up!

i was bored a few evenings ago and was searching the net reading up about old cars i used to own, my very first car being a metallic bronze 1275gt BSA110T. I came upon this forum, I'd just like to say that I take my hat off to you, I'm impressed with your work and I'll continue to follow your progress, keep it up :)

Thanks for the kind words guys!

I apologise for the lack of updates, I've been trying to get this little bit of paid work I have to do out of the way. Got it pretty much finished yesterday so I was going to go to the garage today. However I've no car today and it's raining.

I've been looking at my time plan and I've updated it with everything that's happened. It shows me that if I actually get on with it, I can have Elliot painted in about 2/3 weeks but I need to get down there and work on it!
