I like the colour too, though I'm not too sure about those cutouts in the cross member, its a fairly structural bit isn't it, but with those cutouts in it must be relatively weak.
Mine has four holes through the cross member and the floor that the subframes are bolted too.

Mine has the cut outs for the normal brackets. Not sure if they were original or not though.

The holes aren`t cutout they are molded like that the seat bracket sits in the groove so i don`t think it`s structural
