Looks like its a BMW Mini dash that has been modified.

The Bini dash is in my mates 16v Vaux mini and i believe it took Mark a fair bit of work to get it looking right. It does looks the nads tho.
my other mate Darren has got a Ka dash in his Pro-Motive demo car, more pics at www.pro-motive.co.uk which is an easier fit

The New MINI dash looks sh*t hot!
Seriously nice dash install. Much prefer it to the Ka dash.
