I need to change my front shocks. New carpet needs to be bought and fitted. General tidy up of a few bits. Wash and polish. Oh and sort out an oil leak - selector rod seal.

Im at work this week but have the week before we go off. Plenty of time to make sure everything is good.

I hope everyone gets everything sorted. I remember reading Jammys account of trying to sort the Minus out for last year and not quite making it.

i'd do the oil leak/rod seal before the carpet safety first on the ring

Prety much sorted my mini now just got my new exhaust, twin carbs and electric fan to fit and ill be ready to go I might also fit a 2core rad just to be safe with all the hot sun recently lol.

You getting your twins set up anywhere before we go? Just that my engine will be going back in with twins, and I'd like to get them looked at, was thinking of maybe popping down to MLM.

I will do. Im doing a full oil change as well. I'm ordering everything I need on Thursday (payday!) and then when I get home, I'll be starting it all as soon as I can.

Yea i wanted to get the mini on a rolling road before we go really, but i dont really know where to go...

Is MLM a rolling road?

Also how will you manage to get your mini in and run it in in time before we go?

I've had to put one of these in too. It means I can charge my mobile, run the sat-nat and have the air-con on too.......or rather a stick on fan from Halfrauds to get the air circulating.
