How many matt black mini owners are out there? I wonder if there is enough to create a unique mini stand that rivals 'Pink my ride'? It would be awesome to get a few of us together and aim towards magazine coverage.

I know of 10 at the moment, even a stand of 6 would be a pretty awesome sight. Free/reduced entery to shows, extra interest in cars, (better than being in a car park), and looking at the coverage the pink club gets i reckon a few shots could also get published. Lets see how many replies we get! I can be very determined when i want to be. I organised a large RR session a year or two back which got a brilliant write up in Mini World.

Heres a photo of my brothers, we painted it a few months ago. It was originally a very sorry looking Ritz. Mines going to be very similar.

Mini Fiz, you are on! I think my brother saw you the other day actually! Did you paint your car yourself? Cans or compressor?

Ahh its ok, i used to see a standard black mini with chequers on the bonnet. Rummours were it went matt black. Anyway i have just knocked up a myspace page for matt black minis.
