Right i'm back on for some help regarding the brakes. i got the mini without any break pipe or fuel lines anywhere on the car.

As iam ready to assemble and fit the subframes to the car i assume they run from front to back before subframes go on?, would help if i knew the set up regarding brakes and position of them and any little fitting and stuff i have looked in books and reference stuff but there is a few types, mine doesnt have a servo.

Pics would be a great help as i need to get assembling!!

cheers.

Regardless of weather you have a servo or not, the brake line for the rear brakes will run down the driver's side of the car. you should see some clips near to the channel for the battery cable. With regard to the fuel line, this runs down the passenger side, with similar clips to hold it all in place under the car.

Hope this helps!

Hi sorry for the late reply been very busy with work.

The roof was easy to replace really was dreading it, i stated by grinding the roof just inboard of the gutter, dreesed the flange and done the same on the new one.

it does help having a spot welder but everything has tobe spotlessly clean for the surfaces to weld.

Looking very good, has the roof been spotwelded on?

Some closer pics would be nice, do you think it could be done with plug welding instead of spot welding?
