Doing a great job,
This side will look not as much of a task with the rot chopped out,
Clean it treat it, clamp the panels together and weld weld weld.

The shell looks pretty solid and the car has a great nummber. You could consider a carbon fiber roof it you are fed up with welding by the time you work your way up to the roof?

Java Green with a carbon weave black top would look spot on I reckon but your car to repair and style as you want.

I'm sticking with the original colour of java green i quite like it, and maybe the odd tweek here and there.

Just completed removal of old roof, and trial fitted the second hand one a good fit with a bit of grinding here and there.

Roof removed notice pillar rotten as well.

Your telling us this was your fist time. Very impressed mate. Well done. Just take your time and keep plugging away. You'll get there.
How about Java Green with a gloss black roof and some dark tints. NICE :)

Or maybe a graphite grey roof, almost black with hint of metallic through it, if you know what I mean. :) Look stunning with a deep laquer lustre.

like the posts above i agree your doing as good job and at the end of it you will have peace of mind knowing that its all solid
your welding looks sound better than my first attempt and youve picked the right car you cant beat a clubman the best looking mini by far keep up the good work
