Thanks for the info Lewis....managed to get a 1 5/16" ring spanner so will remove front subframe tomorrow, removed the rear subframe the bolts were a nightmare too remove nearly everyone was rusted then rounded off, but mangaged to get off in the end.
Removed and stripped everything off and will take to work and recondition with new parts and a coat of paint.
The underside of the rearend is covered in the thickest underseal i have everseen, hopefuly turn on its side on sunday.

Can't remember to be honest but i think so, the new sill should have reinforced patch with the for the jacking point in.

Just a quick update front and rear subframes stripped de rusted and painted, all other parts stripped and rebuilt at work using new parts.

Got myself a mig set, going to get some lessons at work from a welder, should be fun tells me i'll be welding good enough todo myself in a few hours.!!!!!

Will post some pics of my welding later this week.

As the roof was rotten managed to get a good second hand one from ebay for £20, would like some pointers on fitting later.

Another update been busy finishing passenger side welded in floors and sills, and various patches, primed and painted.

Think it looks pretty good for a first attempt.
