I had a rotted out roof corner but managed to graft in a small section rather than a whole new roof, just depends how bad yours is. What type of sunroof is that? Looks like a slidey glass type?Well i was given a Mini Clubman 1275 GT 1979, saved it from the scrap man, after a good closer inspection it has had some welding done mainly over sills and two front floors, the roof in all four coners has rotted through, i guess a new roof there, the rest dont look to bad, if i can help it dont want to remove the front body panels or is it a case you have too.

Front body panels will probably have to come off - it's usually a case of the further you dig the more rust you find!! For that reason I took mine back to bare metal all over to uncover any possible nasties.
I love GT's though and this looks like it has great potential - Good luck!

Good plan.
Looks like it'll be a lovely little GT. What are you gonna do with it? Restore to the original spec or personalise it a bit?
