I'm really fed up of this mini now :thumbsup: the bolts still wont come off.. I think i'll have to grind them.

Haha yes :genius:. According to my dad, i was using the wrong spanners (metric instead of AF). I must admit the spanner slipping was confusing me... :P I'll give it another go eh?

Hammer and chisel is so much noisy than a grinder for removing panels!!! plus the grinder is much quicker :P

kinda sucks that your not allowed to use a grinder. i wasnt until i convinced my dad to let me try and then see if i was competant enough. that was like 2 yrs ago and now im an apprentice panelbeater! also the welding. i wasnt allowed one until i started a motorvehicle course a yr ago and started welding there and then he let me. i think its just showing them that your mature enough for these things.

how about next time your in a B&Q type place, deliberately walk over to the tools, and point out one with a guard of some sort, and all the safety gear, say that you will use it sensibly and always wear goggles and stuff..

Mum had me grinding the old kitchen worktop in half.. only because i was a good girl and wore my goggles and mask :)
