Yay this sounds like fun....would love to come along and I live in Worthing right near that road!

Cooper-Dooper: any time except between 4-13 July because I am on holidays then and wouldnt want to miss it

I was just about to suggest 6th July or 13th July as they are both Sundays, the consensus seems to be sometime in early July.

I would say 20th July but then redhotmini would probably miss out, I'll wait for some more people to put there names down before making a decision.

Oh and have been drumming up interest at P&SMOC where we have had a fair bit of interest but nothing definite obviously until we have a date and place etc.!

Ok guys, after suggesting that date unfortunately something has come up which I cannot avoid so won't be making it after all ...

The 29th is also the EDMC's Eastbourne to Canterbury "pilgrimage" run... so I don't know how that affects things etc... ?

I only just heard about this a little while ago so we may have to change the date to stop it from clashing with our run.

Any other ideas for a good date? Perhaps later in the summer, towards the end of show season.

This would also give us more time to organise it and get more interest, the end of June is suprisingly not that far away now.

Could anyone who knows of a good place to eat in either Brighton or Eastbourne please PM me.

When you say later in the summer, how late do you mean. August/September time?
