i spose this comes under stylin as you choose the sound of the car, but what do you lot think is the best sounding exhaust as i want to get one but i dunno which one is gunna sound like i want it to. The beefier the better in my opinion lol

Sportex boxta sounds very deep and beefy!!

In my opinion (ive used these 3 so far)

1. Twin DTM large bore eg: 3" (loud)
2. Playmini (throaty)
3. RC40 (throaty yet subtle)

so much choice.... the K&N i put on sounds nice yer, but its still not what i want it to be.

Does anyone have a 2" (think its a 2 inch anyway) single center exit by Sportex ?
If so, whats it like ?

There's one of these in my local car accessories place for 70 notes, I'm seriously thinking about getting it when I've got my Mini (hopefully this weekend - getting stupidly excited now!). Does anyone know if they sound any good?

Martin ( chair of central minis ) has one on his supercharged roadster and it does sound very, very good - again best suited to larger CC engines
