will be interesting to see if mk3's fit, as they are probably better calipers than mk1 and 2's.
could you post in here your results?
cheers

Bad news mate I have found the discs on the Mk3 were 240mm where the Mk2 are 221mm so I guess the caliper is spaced out more... so more looking for Mk2's.....

Yeah fiesta breakers are good, his place is down the road from me and he has mk1 and 2 calipers piled up. Not particularly cheap at £20 each but he's the one with the stock. Good luck, mine are still in the cupboard
thanks Guys I did contact him and he had some but he wouldn't post them, and its a bit of a drive from Chester.... Still I drove to Stockport today as a breakers said they had two I got there and they had one.... but then the day got better I was visiting my mother-in-law in Lancaster where I used to live so I checked the local breakers and he had just had a Mk2 dropped off, do I got two calipers for £20..... so I'm in business.... yipeeee. I currently have a spare I think it drivers side...

Sort of... getting the rest of the bits form Minispares etc as we are rebuilding the hubs with bearings and ball joints etc...
I don't think the Mk3 will go anywhere near 10inch wheels..... we had a look at Xr2 which use the same size disc 240mm and it wouldn't go

Just need disc driveshafts, metro turbo drive flanges, fiesta calipers.
I've got some adpaters for the brake lines made up, but i'm looking at this banjo bolt idea too.

The drive shafts should be the same the CV joints are different. I'm using the same drive shafts as I have the rubber inner connection not the later pot joints...

hmmmm well i'm going form drum to disk.... so what's the crack? can i use drum shafts???
My cars on Drums... The theory is that the drums shafts should fit the new outer Disc type CV joint... Will be able to tell you when Mark and I put it all together...
Do you have the inner rubber cross joints that are held with U-bolts???? These rubber connections is why I'm using the exisitng drive shafts as the later type use POT joints which will mean taking the end off of the Diff....
