looking good mark. my drive flnages would of looked like that if i had had the time...

i might consider filing out the recess now.

how long are the hoses?

where did you order them from?

if you dont mind me asking how much did they cost? the fittings too?

J

EDIT - Also where can you buy new bleed nipples from?

The fittings are from a friend at Demon Tweeks, They are a little more expensive than normal as the extended neck angled banjo is not far off £10 compared to a std short banjo at £4 but there is a reason for that. It cost £47 altogether for all the hose parts, as for lenghth, we wont know untill the car is fitted with the brakes and i can weigh up a good route / length for the hose which will not foul or rub anywhere whilst in daily use.
You should be able to get nipples from a good motorfactor? Tweeks sell them seperately anyway.

Cheers

3/8" unf x 1 inch long should do you from a local bolt stockist

Not keen on rally design as there is always VAT N postage on top of their seemingly good prices!!

cheers, ill let you know how much they quote me when i get round to phoning them.

bolted everything up today to check any clearance issues.

please excuse the w@nk photos...

here it is bolted up straight away, as you can see the mounting bracket sits too far in.

here it is with a thin washer in between the bracket and the hub. the disc sits perfetly in the middle of the bracket now.

yes the caliper is almost a direct fit onto the mini hub.
Do you have mk2 fiestas in your country? The mk2's can be used too.
