as father christmas got me few goodies this year and a massive erge to get the car finished has made me really pull my thumb out of my a£$e. Basically the car is finished now and is booked in for an MOT on monday. Just been adding the finishing touches to the car such as fitting central locking (mechanism designed and fabricated by myself ) wich surprisingly works! lol. Chrystal headlamps and arches were amoungst the last things to be fitted, along with finishing off the interior. Anyhoo here are some picys I will take some better pics of the car this weekend but i only had my phone on me last time, so i apologise for the pic quality.

that erm "workshop" is a school hall that is to be knocked down within the coming weeks so its been my very big, clean and warm workshop for the last month. Its not what you know its who you know

once the wiring was done it flew together, im really happy that ive managed to do a from the ground up rebuild in under 2 years.
I have had a test drive in a private road and WOW she blew my socks off never felt such brutal acceleration in a mini before, first gear needs to treated with respect lol. i will try and get a vid up soon aswell. Cheers for the comments guys, appreciate peoples input even if they dont like some of the things i have done. I feel i done what i have set out to do in that apart from the wheels, arches and lighting the car on the exterior looks largely standard.

very nice build! i love the idea of a comfortable luxury interior, a classy looking exterior and a great big heap of power hidden away under the bonnet!

i'll eventually do this with my clubman, once my insurance premium drops a bit! :S

i'm also doing a cream/ivory leatherette/vinyl interior but having cobra clubman classics in the front...very comfy buckets hope mine looks half as good as urs!

as for the supercharger...are you mad! lol, cant wait for the vids!
