Well fingers crossed, touching wood, praise jesus etc. the oil pressure has settled - as in its staying consistent. As long as I don't have to pull the engine for a while then I'll stay friends with it :D

For the time being anyways. Still think it will probably be given up for the Minus eventually.

80psi cold idle + driving. 40-50psi hot driving, and 20psi hot idle. It's not changed from that at all though.

Also I've got a spare clutch cover!

Naaa sorry mate, didn't mean the clutch cover.

I mean the bell housing, as in the thing that holds the drop gears and crank seal.

Atleast you've got decent oil preasure now, just enjoy it.

Bulkhead bracket ripped off :D .

Made a new one up out of 3mm plate, so a bit more beefy than a bent bit of tin. Also added a second top engine steady to support it the other side. Shouldn't go far now!!

Also the machinists are taking their time with the block. Doesn't really bother me, but just explains why there are no pics of engine porn!!

My 1380 did that, and then started pulling the subframe mounts apart!

Subframe mounts are done. Solid mounted and a big 3mm plate welded inside the car :xxx:

Also managed to lose a bracket thats meant for an ultimate engine steady - probably weighed about 500g :D, was huge!
