Flaws! >_< took me a while to work that one out!

£600 sounds a little bit steep if the car's scrap. Depends how much you can use or sell on I guess.

mark ive got one more quastion for you, ive looked on the turbo mini site and cant seem to find out if the mini loom can be conected to the metro turbo engine im prasuming it will, also the ecu is a limiter (linmiting the turbo to 4psi bost in lower gears) as far as my understanding goes if i remove this along with the poppet valve, and add a dump and bleed valve as long as the bulkhead mod is made it should fit stright in? is this all that is needed basically? thanks Ryan

Getting a complete running metty turbo is the best way to be sure you have all the bits.

You will need to rig up a return fuel line and you'd find it hard to mount the whopping big air filter case - get a K&N. The loom mods are minor - fuel pump, ignition.

yeah to get a running lump is a great start, that should have the fuel regulator etc, i think i use a 8mm ID return line.. loom should be fine, bin the ecu as you say. Most importantly run an intercooler.

something to wet the appetite

I stripped them all for their turbo bits then scrapped the rest of them.

I have used most of the bits or sold them

Not that i melted a piston or two... lol...
