Last page, last item.

LMAO, MAX!!! 10mph, but at that speed it looks like they will suport the weight of the Mini, but who would chance taking those tyres above Goodyears MAX!!! speed rating of 10mph??

Dont know where Minifinity get these to be described as a trailer tyre, as Goodyear clearly show these as golf cart tyres.

Deffo not N rated :techsupport:

I supose you could drive everywhere at 10mph.

I would also strongly suggest not using those tyres! It's simply not worth taking the risk.

 wow 10 mph.
mimimania assured me they were NOT cart tyres and FULLY SAFE for the uk roads. also told me they were t rated tyres.
i think there trying to kill mini owners.

right so am i right in saying the the widest tyres for 7" wheels (without killing my self) are 165 and do they need inner tube on them as they are very very stretched.

edit.ive just sent them a email saying there not safe.could some more people do the same thing?. try and get them to remove them or at least say max speed 10mph on the web site.

you only require a tube if the seals arent great between the split part of the alloy, the outer sections should cope with being stretched just fine. I know someone running tyres more stretched than 165's on 7 inch wide alloys and they sit fine! (non mini)

Seems odd to me that people are slating (quite rightly IMO) trailer/cart tyres yet condone stretching a 165 tyre onto a wheel wider than the width they are meant for on the basis "it looks good". Surely you are then using them outside the manufacturers specs and so there is the possibility they will fail as well.

Has anyone actually found out the load rating etc of these tyres before slating them? or are we all presuming it's a quad tyre can't use it on a car?

if its a show car and you intend not to drive it on public roads, then im sure those quad tyres will look the doodahs..

however i agree the majority... the amount of tyre slip and weight transfer onto a tyre when cornering at high speed is huge, so fitting tyres that the manufacturer has designed and tested to suit a very different type of disapline is a bit risky!

option one... look in to getting the greatest offset you can for 10x6's.. prob Mb splits etc.. and fit some custom spacers if more width is needed.. and change the wheel bearings every 100miles.. lol

option two.. if you really want 10x7's, then has nobody thought about asking yoko or goodyear etc, how much a set would cost to manufactur???? prob VERY expensive, but im sure lots of peeps on here would want a set (me included) that would bring the price per tyre down a bit??? worth some reasearch if you must have 7's

option three.. 13's..... can go wide then!

or as jammy says black circles!...... lol

some good option's there.
ive already got the wheels. the thing is i dont like the look of stretched small tyres,i think it looks abit silly.
i might just send yoko and goodyear a email as i would be very intrested to.
thanks for the input.

if you send them an email and by some chance they say yes, the tires will still be NOT ROAD LEGAL. i would be suprised if they decided to make some tires for a few people that were to be road legal as it would cost thousands to get them rated and e-marked.

if you are that worried about stretching 165's stick in an inner tube.
