I have tried 3 times now to install Gimp and it's just not working everytime i click on it it installs it how the hell do i use it?

For basic quick editing I use Photoscape.... it's all drop down menus and stuff like that.

I just downloaded photoscape is there a way to make the background black and white and leave something colour?

I have used a few other programs. Tried GIMP but I just dont find any of them as effective or user friendly as photoshop CS5

Can you make certain parts black and white? Such as a mini in colour and the background in B/W?

Yeah you there are various filter effects you an use on images with photoshop =]

Unfortunately you can't use photoscape for Colour Popping as far as I'm aware.

Unfortunately you can't use photoscape for Colour Popping as far as I'm aware.

Just use a torrent and get photoshop =] It will do what you want it to.
