Correct, it's for the oil pressure gauge.

ooohh. that makes sense, looks good, can i ask where you got the pipe from? and was it long enough to reach inside the cab?

From Minispares if I remember correctly.
Yeah that's the purpose, my mini is still in parts.. but yeah it's meant to reach so it'll reach.
