I wish people wouldn't post pictures of the Vmaxscart supercharger - it causes unrest!

That came with the engine when I bought it. Looks like its been made by the previous owner?
The pipe is stainless with machined ends, and the two blocks it passes through are alloy.
It looks tidy, but tappet adjustment can be a faff.

I'm trying to clean my engine bay a little bit, but don't know how to get rid of all these fancy cable things. So it might be helpful to see some tidy HIF44 Cooper engine bays including the servo brake and manifold warming.

Anyone with something like that here? :proud:

So, I don't share much on here but I am kind of chuffed with my progress.

Nice looking supercharger there! Is that one of the Hi-Flow kits?

An updated photo of mine with the new engine

timmy850 - yes indeed. Opcon twin screw unit - sold in the UK by "minispeed" back in the day.

What the heck is that black box driver side front of your picture?

It’s an under bonnet heater unit that was developed in Australia and also works like an extra radiator. It’s got a flap that lets you bring hot or cold fresh air into the car - the best bit is no dodgy heater tap or electrical wiring!

FiddyP, that looks fabulous!

What call is your car (yes I know it's grey!)?
